What if you lose me?

It’s unfortunate, but it can happen: sometimes I can get misplaced. If you don’t want me to travel with someone else, don’t forget to block me. You can do this by calling the card blocking line, it is necessary to have an application number connected with me.

If you can’t find me, then you’ll have to get a new card. You can do this online or at any of the sales locations. Find out how much this will cost by having a look at the price list.

If you had valid transport tickets downloaded onto your card, you’re in luck; they’ll be transferred to your new card.
